Travel it’s said, broadens the mind. There’s nothing quite like immersing yourself in a different geography, absorbing the sights and sounds, the cultures and vistas. Recently I’ve been lucky enough to visit Iceland, Crete, France, Tuscany, Croatia, and Belgium, but to travel one doesn’t need to venture abroad.
